So, ISO Isn't Fake After All

A few days ago, Tony Northrup released a viddeo on You Tube explaibing how ISO in digital cameras is fake.  This was followed up by FStoppers releasing a video that basically confirmed what Tony said.  Now ther is a new videu by Dave McKeagan that contradicts them both.

So what is true?  Watch them all and you decide.
