Lexi...

I was fortunate enough to have a photo session today with Lexi.

She is an aspiring young model and was gracious enough to allow me to creat a few portraits with her.

I selected a few of my favorite images from our session and thought I would share them.

Lexi is a very nice young lady and was a pleasure to work with.

Although Lexi is new to the industry, I feel she shows great potential .

Jessica...

I did a shoot this weekend with a very nice young model who is going to try for Atlantic Canada's Next Top Model this year.

I was quite happy with the results and thought I'd share a couple of my favorites from the shoot.

Annica...

I did a shoot with the lovely Annica today.

Most of my portrait sessions are shot indoors with artificial light and strobes. However, I have been working on my outdoor and natural light portraits.

It was an awesome overcast day until shortly before my shoot. Then, of course, the wind picked up, blowing aside the clouds and revealing the harsh mid afternoon sun. Although, I did use an off camera flash to help illuminate my subject properly.

Oh well. mother nature seldom does what I want, so, I worked with the light that was available.

I was pleased with the results. Although, when I converted the images to black and white, I found them more appealing. However, I am a fan of the black and white look.

Here are a few of my favorites from the afternoon.

Sophie...

I had the pleasure of working with a local model named Sophie today.

She was very nice and quite easy to work with.

I chose a few of my favorite photos from the session and posted them here.

Friends from my past...

I did a photo shoot this weekend with a couple people I used to work with at Costco in Moncton....

It wasn't a very long shoot. And by the end the little guy was getting a bit tired I think. Of course I don't have kids of my own and I could have totally misread things....

But, regardless I am pretty happy with the results. :)

It was a good shoot. I am please with the results. I hope they are as well. :)
